Sanding to 70%

Yesterday and today are sanding days. It may be possible to spray some coats today after sanding.

What does it mean to sand to 70%? Well I have peaks and valleys in the finish. This can be from different reasons. This can be seen in the orange peel effect in the finish here:

I have to sand every 3 coats to flatten the peaks and start leveling with the valleys. You dont want to get too gready though. You dont want to sand through the finish anywhere. So I sand to 70% flat untill the final coat. :
