Preparing the box

I put spreaders in the guitar:

They are designed to push or pull out of place and then removed through the soundhole.

I then put the mold on the correct radius dish and put it in the gobar deck. I routed the cavities for the braces that go through the sides. After I must dry fit and clamp the top on to make sure it fits properly:

I only have 28 fiberglass sticks for clamping. I will need at least 50 for this dreadnought. I have another 25 sticks but the ends need to be dipped in rubber:
