All weekend I was designing a radius bar. I have some aluminum ones but I need several of each radius. This gets costly. I need them for different grits of sand paper for shaping the fretboard.Also I need them as cauls for gluing in frets or gluing the fretboard. My prototype got scarred. I had a few programs open and for some reason the z axis dived. I closed all programs and reopened the cnc program and continued on:
