Installing frets

The knock off JAWS tools were not too bad. I do prefer using the arbor to install frets. But that is for when I install frets on the fretboard before installing the fretboard to the neck or installing frets onto an electric guitar neck. These tools are design for fretboards already attached to the neck. They were a little slower but but fairly efficient. I did have a bit of trouble just before the neck joint and just after the heel. I just hammered them in at those spots. Overall it was a good experience:
I did a little extra work which slows things down. I dont like the look of fret slots from the side. So I nip the tang on the fret ends, like they do when binding a fretboard, then I fill the slot on the side so its not so noticable:
