a partial birthday present for my wife

My wife's birthday was at the beginning of this month. For part of her present I decided to make her some tools for her sewing hobby. I used some scrap cocobolo and curly maple.

Today I worked on the dreadnought a bit. I had to ream the peg holes a bit to bring them back to size. Then I placed the ferrules in the holes.

I also temporarily placed the bridge on so I can calculate the saddle slot location. I used a special screw set that allows me to install a string through the center of the screw.
